We start with how people actually talk. In interviews and working sessions across teams, we listen for the places where language breaks, where everyone is nodding but nobody is saying the same thing. From there we map the field, name just enough to make decisions possible, and build a small set of repeatable formats—briefs, diagrams, talk tracks—that circulate without us.

The measure is adoption. When new terms show up unprompted in other teams’ documents, when meetings stop resetting to page one, when policy and partner conversations pick up where the work left off—we’ve done our job.
